About Our Restaurant
Tita Celia’s passion for cooking began in her hometown of Malolos, Bulacan. At just 8 years old, she was already helping in the kitchen alongside her mother, Remy, and lola, Arsenia. At 15, her family moved to Novaliches, Quezon City, where she continued to develop her skills in her mother’s restaurant.
Experience the rich flavors and traditions of authentic Filipino cooking, passed down through generations. From Tita Celia’s childhood kitchen in Malolos, Bulacan to her bustling restaurant in Carson, California, every dish is a story of family, heritage, and love for food.

Wanting to understand their daily needs, she canvassed the area and asked where they could find quick, affordable, and delicious meals. She visited these local eateries, tasted their best offerings, and carefully selected the standout dishes. With heart and creativity, she gave each meal her personal touch—bringing the best of the best to life in her own kitchen.
